We don’t offer a fixed price repair for any appliance or system breakdowns, due to the extensive variety of parts or things that can go wrong / break.
Our call out charge for this work is *£70 and includes up to one hours labour. A lot of problems can be both diagnosed and fixed within an hour, given our expertise and experience in fault finding and repairing.
Should any diagnosis and / or repair extend past one hour, a price will be discussed and agreed with you in person, so no hidden charges.
A call out for general plumbing issues is charged at *£60 and includes up to one hour’s labour.
Should any work take longer than one hour, a price will be agreed with yourself in person, before any additional work is undertaken.
We also provide free quotations for plumbing work, such as outside taps, replacement showers, new taps etc. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or queries you may have.
We can also service the boiler at the same time as your CP12 inspection, for just an additional £20

Powerflushing prices can vary for many different reasons. The size of your heating system, current system configuration and current system performance are all factors we take into consideration when a powerflush is required.
We will arrange a visit to your property, free of charge, where we will take an in depth look at your heating system, take a water sample and where required, use our thermal imaging technology to highlight problem areas.
We will then provide you with your bespoke quotation.
